Ordering and payment
Prices and availability may change until an order is submitted. We may cancel and refund an order affected by a pricing, stock, fraud-screening, or shipping error. Card payments are processed by Stripe; Big Fish Tuff does not receive or store your full card number.
Shipping
Online checkout currently accepts United States shipping addresses. Any shipping charge is shown before the order is submitted. Tracking is provided when available. Carrier estimates are not guarantees, and customers are responsible for entering a complete, deliverable address.
Returns and damaged orders
Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions and confirm eligibility. Items should be unused and returned with their original parts and packaging. If an order arrives damaged, keep the item and packaging and send us photos so we can work with the carrier. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Privacy
We collect the contact, shipping, account, and order information needed to operate the store, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet legal and accounting obligations. Payment providers, carriers, email providers, and other service providers receive only the information needed to perform their work. We do not sell personal information. We retain records as needed for those purposes and protect access with technical and administrative controls.
